Dr. Mone Shaw’s exploration into mindfulness began 7 years prior while traveling throughout Eastern Asia. Over the years, she began to cultivate her own personal mindfulness sadhana. This led to her conducting academic research on the life-enhancing practice and its effects on anxiety, depression, and stress in adults. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and doctor of psychology, the intrinsic worth of all individuals is prized, guiding Mone Shaw's conceptualization and practice.
